Luckily the guys from Rhino 3D have since written their own SubD routine for Rhino 7 which surpasses T-Splines and is included at no extra cost. As mentioned above, Autodesk Meshmixer is a 3D modeling and print software that offers a lot of tools to the users to make all kinds of 3D models.
There used to be a great Plugin for Rhino 3D called "T-Splines", Autodesk purchased it and made it part of Fusion360, making it no longer available for Rhino 3D users like me. Why would I consider such a question Simply because Autodesk has been cleaning house of their free tools recently, making big changes to their 123D suite and Netfabb tools.
